As good and maybe better than my $$$ custom orthotics!
I did a lot of shopping for spare orthotics to back up my custom pair, basing my hunt on what I learned from getting the custom ones, which made a huge difference. That knowledge, combined with New Balance's deserved reputation for responsible, healthy footwear design, led me to these orthotics. Bingo! They're terrific and am ordering more. Plus Respro's price was also terrific (far better than Amazon's), as was the speedy delivery. Great find.

Great
Great cushioning and comfortable. It is thicker than insoles that come with shoes so it can make the shoes tighter and you may need to consider a size up. Unsure how it'll hold up over time as they are soft to be so cushiony.

Not what I was hoping for
The inserts are nice and have a decent cushion but they didn't help my metatarsalgia at all. I will keep using them since they are better than what I was using before.

Best Support for Metatarsal Pain
Bought these for the pain I was having in the ball of the foot, determined to be metatarsal declination by my Podiatrist. These insoles have been a life saver. They provide comfort and support and helped relieve better than 95% of my pain issues. They may be pricey but they are worth every dollar. I bought a pair for each of my shoes, otherwise you are swapping them in and out, which can be a pain if you are in a hurry.

In the past, I ordered Aetrex insoles which you do not carry. I'm a runner and even though this product looks very good, I don't think it will hold up to the demand a runner requires. I did return them and I have unused. We will refer to you for other products in the future. Thank you.

HAPPY FEET
I have developed bad metatarsal pain recently and have tried various inserts with no luck. These, so far, seem to work ;) One foot better than the other but hoping it will adjust too. I'm an 8 but hike in 8.5 and ordered 7.5 by listening to reviews but wish I went with 8.

I just keep buying these
As a former diabetic with only eight remaining toes, I understand how important it is to take good care of my feet. These insoles do just that, and at a cost far less than the "custom" insoles they wanted to give me when I went to the orthotics clinic. The custom insoles provided less cushion and caused more problems than the New Balance insoles ever have, and the New Balance cost less than one third the price. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great Inserts!
The New Balance IPR3030 comes very close to the custom insert I had made at my podiatrist's office. In some ways, I like it even better. I have neuropathy as a result of going too long without being diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroid disease. These inserts ease the pain, especially at home when I use them in my house slippers. I will be ordering another pair.

New Balance IPR 3030 Pressure Relief Insoles
I was glad to get these insoles, and I appreciate the wide width; however, the metatarsal support is very radical, and I cannot tolerate them in my shoes. I tried grinding them to reduce the met support but still couldn't make them comfortable. I would love to have these insoles without the metatarsal support.

I purchased the 1st pair of inserts when I purchased the NB sneakers, and have been wearing them since. The pair I purchased from your company is a second pair for my older pair. I want to wear them all day. Since I have been wearing them - 3 weeks + - my knees are doing much better. Hopefully in 6 months my knee problem will be solved. Looking for relief!
I am 57 and have been suffering burning metatarsal pain for several years. The insoles were larger than my 5.5 foot so I trimmed the toe end. After inserting them into my Nike, it was very apparent that I will need to buy a larger size in order to fit comfortably.

Plantar Fascia Support
I use the New Balance Pressure Relief Insoles with Metatarsal Pad and also the Mueller Arch Support for my Plantar Fascia. For years, I've had issues with Plantar Fasciitis but about 2 months ago I had a partial tear on my right Plantar Fascia tendon. Even though I already had custom arch supports, I felt like I needed something different. I bought a bunch of stuff and tried it all. The New Balance Pressure Relief Insoles with Metatarsal Pad and the Mueller Arch Support were the best. Love 'em!

Not as happy as everyone else
I was looking to replace my Aetrex insoles that I had previously bought from Respro Medical, and was informed the line had been discontinued, and the New Balance was essentially the same and had replaced the earlier line. Well, they are quite a bit thicker than my previous insoles resulting in an uncomfortably tight fit in my shoes. They would be a great insole otherwise if I wanted to replace all my shoes with a larger size.

Best of the Best
Okay, mother nature didn't count on concrete for feet to walk on. If she did, we would surely have developed New Balance IPR3030s directly on them by now. Anyway, I wore Hydrofeet insoles for a while, trying to save money, but really, in the end, you get what you pay for. These things took care of my hip pain within a week, where the Hydrofeet "sort of" took care of it, but not really. I walk 2.5 miles a day; no pain. Even my neuropathy seems to "plateau" at a certain level, without getting worse. Don't get me wrong...if used for neuropathy only, I would give them two or three stars only. I use these with my Brooks Addiction walking shoes, which have removable insoles. I also use thin cotton socks, not bulky ones. The result is walking without pain, and as everyone knows who's been there, there simply is nothing like it. Walking is a distinct pleasure again. At 65, I'll take every advantage I can get, and this one is well designed and certainly worth the money. I have turbocharged my feet.

Pressure Relief Insoles
These are very cushiony and feel like they take up the whole shoe at first but quickly thereafter are very comfortable. They did not fit two of the 4 pairs of shoes I meant to use them with, however, especially at the heel. They are somewhat difficult to get into my shoes, too. No problems playing tennis with them in.

The best pressure relief insoles money can buy (in my opinion)
My need for these might be different than yours. I'm a competitive runner. I'm 46 years old and now in need of pressure relief insoles in my (running) racing shoes. I began to get metatarsalgia about 2 years ago when running and I tried just about every pressure relief insole on the market to relieve the pain. Nothing helped until I tried the New Balance IPR3030! In the past 2 years, I've bought about 12 pairs. You may not need to buy them that often but I run 40-50 miles per week on them. The insoles are strong (they don't rip or tear) but they do lose some of their cushioning over time (between 340-430 miles of running for me). At first the cushioned "bump" in the middle of the insole took some getting used to - not uncomfortable but felt unusual (like going from a regular toothbrush to an electric one if you remember that experience) but it completely healed my metatarsalgia! These are thick insoles and very well cushioned, "springy" even! If your shoes fit just right with normal insoles they will be much more snug with these! You may want to buy them a 1/2 size bigger to accommodate these insoles. Also, make sure the back of your shoe (where the heel and Achilles tendon are) is high enough so that your heel doesn't keep slipping out of the shoe from the thick insole heel padding. This is especially a problem with running racing shoes that are lightweight and "minimalistic." For runners, I've used these with Asics Gel Noosafast racing running shoes, Asics Gel Hyper Speed 6 racing running shoes, and Asics Gel Nimbus 15, 16, and 17 training running shoes and the heel doesn't slip out of these shoes.

Retired RN
I am happy with the three pairs of New Balance IPR3030. My purpose is to use them when traveling overseas on rough terrain.

Positives:
1. Controls the foot pain I have developed over the last few months.
2. Respro Medical is least expensive of on-line offers.
3. They arrived in amazingly fast time.

Con:
The charts online fail to say that the Women's 6 1/2 are actually to span sizes 6 1/2-7. The chart shows Women's 6 1/2, and then 7 1/2. I chose the larger size and am sorry I did. They fit nicely into tennis shoes but not into casual or casual dress shoes. I had to buy a larger tennis shoe to have the Women's 7 1/2 work for me.

Best insoles ever!
After trying several different brands of insoles due to a recent problem with ball of foot pain, I hit the jackpot with these NB insoles. They have more cushion than any of the others, and although not the cheapest definitely cheaper than others I purchased and well worth the price. A lifesaver! I already ordered a 2nd pair and will probably order more for backups. I highly recommend them!

Awesome
I was recommended custom orthotics, but my doctor recommended trying insoles with a sticky type metatarsal pad. I love NB shoes and when I saw these I thought it would be worth a try. They are soo much better and no constant replacement of the pad. They do take some room in the shoe due to the thickness, but once you break them in they are heaven.

NB Insoles
I really like NB insoles. I have pain in the ball of my feet and have found NB insoles with a metatarsal pad work best. These in particular I use in shoes that already have good arch support as Pressure Relief Insoles do not have any real stand arch support or motion control. If your shoes have no arch support to begin with, and you need it, I suggest other NB insoles. They are beefy so be sure the shoes you are going to wear have some room.
